I want laser resurfacing for bad acne scars on back and face, but also about to take Finasteride for MPB. I have read that Finasteride can make your face look less lively, dull and very thin, as if there is a loss in collagen. I want to know if taken Finasteride will have a negative affect on the skins ability to heal. I am concerned because I have read that it can cause a loss in collagen, therefore affecting the skins ability to heal?
