Most likely you are experiencing something known as "hairline maturation." Many women between 16-28 develop a reshaping of their hairlines. Your hairline may change further if this truly is this phenomenon of "hairline maturation." I'd need to know everything about your history and examine your scalp up close to say for sure this is the diagnosis. But this is the most likely cause. Other (less common) reasons for your hairline changes include excessive use of heat and chemicals (causing localized hair damage), and a variety of inflammatory conditions. See a dermatologist if you are worried.
