Is there a procedure using botox to lift the corner of the eyes?

Botox and other neurotoxin medicines can easily and effectively open the eye up by relaxing the muscles that contract around the eye to cause it to squint.  It is unclear from your questions whether that is what you are wanting or you are asking about changing the shape of you eyelids. That will require a cosmetic surgery called a blephorplasty.  I dont do blephorplasty surgeries but there are many excellent facial plastic surgeons on Realself who do and would be happy to consult with you about the surgery.
