Is there a procedure using botox to lift the corner of the eyes?

Botox and other neurotoxin medicines can easily and effectively open the eye up by relaxing the muscles that contract around the eye to cause it to squint.  It is unclear from your questions whether that is what you are wanting or you are asking about changing the shape of you eyelids. That will require a cosmetic surgery called a blephorplasty.  I dont do blephorplasty surgeries but there are many excellent facial plastic surgeons on Realself who do and would be happy to consult with you about the surgery.

Botox or Dysport can be a less invasive way to achive a slight raise of the brow. When injected into the lateral muscle of the eye that is a depressor  (pulls down)  the elevator muscle in the fromtalis (pulls up) can more effectively lift the outer brow. Hello and thank you for your question.  It is hard to tell without a photo and an idea of how much change you would like, however, a lot of people have a nice lift with the help of Botox.  When Botox is injected strategically and carefully, you may be able to get as much as a few millimeters of lift to the brows, which in turn can help to open and/or elongate the eyes.  I suggest having an in-person consultation with an experienced injector.  Because the effects of Botox are temporary, there is little risk in trying it out to see if you are pleased with the results. Thank you for your question. The lateral angle of the eye itself (not the brow) is fixed to the orbital rim (the bony part of the eye socket), which means that botox or fillers will not move it. There are gentle local anaesthetic surgical options such as a transcanthal canthopexy which can give you the result you want but unfortunately not without surgery and canthal tendon repositioning.
