I'm an A Cup weighing about 106 and 5ft tall. I'm also physically fit and active. I did a fat transfer before to my face and the results did not last. Would i be a candidate for a Breast Fat Transfer? If so, what should i expect?
Answer: Fat transfer It would be difficult to find enough fat to transfer to the breasts. Of course it didn’t last when you had it done before. Expect the exact same if you get it in the breasts. No matter who does it, what they claim or how it is done. A true waste of money.

Answer: Would I be a candidate for a Breast Fat Transfer? I'm an A cup weighing about 106 ls and 5 ft tall In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. The fat must be injected through multiple planes in small amounts to the tissue through one tiny incision under each breast. About 50% of the fat obtains permanence Some of the retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival. Occasionally, a patient can resorb a great deal of the fat despite optimal transfer procedures. Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant. Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and the patient's expectations.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear sachem, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to increase breasts one bra size using fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfers Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. At 5'0 and 106 lbs, your BMI is 21 and you are quite thin. It may be possible to harvest fat. At size 32, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, not all fat survives. You would need approximately 150 cc of fat for 100 cc of fat to survive. It may be possible to increase your size half a cup or maybe a cup. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breasts At 106 pounds and only a A cup, you probably don't have enough donor fat to transfer nor have enough breast tissue to receive the fat. I would suggest implants if you want larger breasts.
