Have a huge dent in my 4 day post op Brazilian butt lift! Any suggestions? (photos)

I was told this dent was inflammation and due to my drain cord being wrapped around my body and would even out with compression and fluid drainage. However, the dent doesn't look like inflammation to me...I thought inflammation was swelling and would get big not flat....Please advise.
