It is unlikely that you hurt your grafts 2 weeks after your transplant. By two weeks the follicles are nicely healed, and the grafts should have taken. Thanks for sharing!
If you believe you damaged your grafts, check with your doctor for a recheck. Bumping your head lightly should not be an issue in general.
The short answer is probably not. Even after two days the grafts are pretty well set in place. Patients just get more sensitive about touching the area because the investment in emotion, time, and money into their hair transplants. That's normal of course. But a normal bump shouldn't cause any problem. Look at it this way, if you didn't see blood you likely didn't do any damage whatsoever. I'd be surprised if you did. As always, you can always see your HT doc for reassurance. But I think you're likely fine. And so are your grafts. Grow well.
A bump without grafts falling out will not impact the graft growth or the future of your hair transplant. Don't worry.

A bad hair transplant scar is hard to fix. FUE will not "debulk" this area. It may make it worse. See a doctor for an examination and possible options. Steroid injections may be an option.
