The short answer is probably not. Even after two days the grafts are pretty well set in place. Patients just get more sensitive about touching the area because the investment in emotion, time, and money into their hair transplants. That's normal of course. But a normal bump shouldn't cause any problem. Look at it this way, if you didn't see blood you likely didn't do any damage whatsoever. I'd be surprised if you did. As always, you can always see your HT doc for reassurance. But I think you're likely fine. And so are your grafts. Grow well.
