There should be no problems using cosmetic Botox in those with asthma. Interesting, the use of botulinum toxin in asthma was considered several times in the past. One of the studies I am aware of subjected patients with asthma to treatment with Botox. Although Botox was very beneficial in improving asthma-related vocal cord dysfunction, there was no improvement with the objective measurements of lung function.
