Since having my operation in 2018 I have been concerned that my nose was over done and made too short for my facial features. What would be your professional opinion?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you still have a small hump and this is the reason of the looking from the front you do not like. For get rid of this image and gain more smooth, curved looking nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. Best Regards!

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have a small hump and it can be due to your previous surgery. It would be better with face to face consultation. However, I definitely not recommend filler for nose, it can cause many defects.Best Regards!
