Is it fat necrosis? I am a little over 2 weeks post op breast reduction. I have hardness (it feels like thick tissue or one long lump) all along the bottom of my breasts, close to where the underwire of a bra would be. It is under the anchor incision but also extends beyond it. I’m scared it’s fat necrosis. Can this be a normal part of healing? Everything looks normal from the outside.

For sure, both skin and breast tissue can be removed in a revision surgery. If the nipple position is okay, then taking skin and breast as a wedge using the same vertical scar would be possible. It's likely that this would correct any lower pole heaviness and give a better shape.
There are no injections to reduce breast size. Liposuction can be used to shrink breasts but this is likely to be at the expense of breast shape, leading to empty, loose and saggy looking breasts. The best way to safely and reliably reduce your breast size is with a breast reduction.
