I finally got my bra size measured, and I am a 34B, but will only fit into a 34D. I am very, very uncomfortable with my chest, always have been, and I'd like a reduction. I have tried on chest binders and like the silhouette they give me, they actually shrink me down to a 34AA. I don't keep them extremely tight, though, but anyways, I do know how that bust size would look on me, so is it possible? I attached a picture this time. It's recent.

PSs will have different protocols regarding removal and replacement of nipple piercings. I generally have the patient remove them prior to surgery and I replace them at the end of surgery. The holes should not close up during the surgery.
