Is the soreness and numbness caused by scar tissue or do I need to be seen again??

Having a lipoma removed on your forehead should have no impact on the effectiveness of using minoxidil and/or finasteride for male pattern baldness.

That is a location where not only would you be more comfortable, but depending on the exact location there is a small nerve that traverses the area.  The surgeon would appreciate a still patient to dissect out the nerve.
