Its difficult to adequately assess without photos from a profile view, but it does seem that you have underprojection of the under eye bone (maxilla). This also created lower eyelid retraction. In addition, you have upper eyelid ptosis (droop). Ideally, I would recommend tear trough implants, lower lid retraction repair with graft, and upper eyelid ptosis repair.
