Hyaluronidase damaged my under and upper eye skin. Besides fillers what procedures/skin care can I use to repair and fix volume. Although doctors claim hyaluronidase doesn't affect skin tissue why am I dealing with fat loss and damaged skin after this enzyme was used. I had hyaluronidase done 3 years ago and my skin is still not back to normal.

It would be unlikely for your complaints be related to hyaluronidase particularly since the hyaluronidase was probably only used in the lower eyelid. You do have early signs of aging as dermatochalasia and small bags. An experience board certified plastic surgeon can guide you on best treatment options . Best wishes.

You seem to have mild lower eyelid bags/groove associated with dark pigmented skin. Combination of lower blepharoplasty with scar placed inside the eyelid and conservative nano fat grafting (filtered micro fat grafts, suspension of mostly stem cells) may be considered.
