Tumeric and Arnica tea for tummy tuck swelling?

Is tumeric tea good for swelling on your belly after a tummy tuck? I have also had lipo on the flanks, back, waist and stomach with transfer fat to the buttocks bbl. Is Arnica tea good to drink after all this procedures?
