About one month after injections I have noticed a small pea size lump on my right jaw line and a smaller one on my left jaw line.
Answer: Radiesse Injections Hi there, thanks for your question! Yes this can sometimes occur with radiesse injections. Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxyl acetate. Your body can form a barrier around the product called a granuloma. If this happens, you may need steroid injections to break up the tissue. Additionally, the product may be too superficial or too much of it may have been injected in one area. I suggest seeing your injector for a follow up. Hope this helps!

Answer: Can Radiesse Cause Bumps? Hi K. Yes, sometimes Radiesse can feel bumpy and there are a couple possibilities. One is that the product was placed in a way that too much is one area. This bumpy feeling would be related to injection technique. The second scenario is a bit more serious and is could be something called a granuloma. A granuloma is an allergic type reaction where the body's immune system surrounds the injection product. In this situation a steroid may need to be injected to remedy the problem. A visit to your injector would probably be the best option for you now.

Answer: Unhappy with Radiesse--venus legacy, 5/FU steroids This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. If you're unhappy with your Radiesse results, it can be improved with venus legacy treatments and 5/FU steroids. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
