Puppy ate my retainer - will the company still have my records to make a new one?

I finished my treatment over two years ago - and my puppy just literally ate my top retainer (final tray). It's been about two weeks and I feel like my teeth are moving a bit, but I no longer see my dentist. If I have all of my trays (except the one he ate ) is it possible to contact Invisalign to get another one made? I'm fine with the charge .... I'm just not sure if they would still have the record

A new dentist who is certified with Invisalign can get your record transferred to them and order your retainer from the same record used before.  You can find a dentist who is certified by going to the doctor locator part of the invisalign.com website.Doug Jopling, DDS

If you had invisalign's retainers, called vivera, then they can just mill you another set.  However, if not then you will likely need new impressions and new retainers.

I'm sorry to hear about your retainer, however, you do not have to contact Invisalign directly. I would actually schedule an appointment with a preferred Invisalign dentist who can contact Invisalign for you to make a new retainer. Your new Invisalign dentist will be able to source the records from the company for a perfect fit. Good luck!

Any dental office can have a new retainer made for you. It doesn't need to come from Invisalign.
