The filling on the side of your tooth is the least of your worries.  It will be relatively cheap.  What you need to address is the significant wear happening on the biting surface of your teeth.  It appears as though you grind your teeth, usually at night.  You should be in a mouth guard immediately and luckily, it will protect the sides of the teeth from "chipping".

Without seeing the back side of the tooth, it looks like it may need a crown.  Crowns cost anywhere from $700-2000 depending where you go.  If you have dental insurance they will probably pay half.

It depends.  If the tooth is only broken up to 30% of the whole tooth then most likely it can be bonded.  Bonding is relatively cheap, quick and looks good.  Cost for bonding could be $150-350.  If the tooth is severely broken then you may need a crown.  A crown is significantly more expensive and takes two weeks or so to get fabricated in the lab.  In the interim you would have a temporary tooth.  The cost per crown is anywhere between $500-$2000 depending on where you go.  Hope that helps.

Looks to me like a baby tooth.  Get to a dentist immediately to get an xray.  If it is a baby tooth and is going to fall out then the cheapest fix is to remove it and bond the removed tooth to the adjacent teeth.  That should work for 5-10 years until you can afford a dental implant.

Looks like it can be smoothed up.  BUT LET A DENTIST DO IT!  good luck and no more opening bottles with your front teeth.
