I had Botox 4 days ago. Is it okay to take Clindamycin hcl 300mg?

I had 25 units of Botox between the eyebrows 4 days ago. I got a wisdom tooth pulled 2 days later. It now has an infection. Is it okay and what side effects could Clindamycin have with Botox? Thank you
