Follow-up: I have an "Ant deformity" and I'd like to get it reduced and reshaped to be an ore of an upside down heart.

The doctor I want to go to said that he can not remove the fat from my butt because it will cause the skin to sag and the only way to treat this is to add fat the my thighs to transition better. Is this true? Can I not have any fat removed from my butt?
