Question

I had a bad lipo 15 years ago the dameged the inner portion of the buttocks along the crease and where the buttocks meet the legs, known as the inner gluteal fold.si i had 2 bbl,then lost 65 pounds. I will have a thigh lift but i need a technique that will creat a proper butt fold, what do you suggest?an under butt tuck?a suture technique?or others? Also i want to have calve lift+arm lift+ do my breast. But most importantly to have a butt fold. I am in disparate need for a good advise

I see similar problems commonly from over aggressive liposuction of the banana roll area. Often these patients also have irregularity of their inner thigh. I have fixed many of these with an infragluteal thigh lift that extends into a medial thigh lift. Please see web address below.This scar generally heals very nicely and dramatically improves the inner thigh contour, lower buttock, and crease areas.

Thank you very much for your question.Based on the pictures, an under buttock tuck (dermatotuberous suspension technique) should give you a good result, if you are accepting of a scar at the level of your buttock crease.  I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon who has extensive buttock shaping experience and they will discuss your options with you.  Best of luck!
