I would not recommend smoking, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and can cause a decrease in blood flow/oxygenation to the tissues. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend Thermage with Ultherapy, J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), nova threads and microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes.
