I would not recommend smoking, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and can cause a decrease in blood flow/oxygenation to the tissues. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend Thermage with Ultherapy, J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), nova threads and microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Smoking has a negative result on all cosmetic procedures in the sense that smoking aging the skin and causes more wrinkles, especially if combined with tanning.  The new Thermage FLX is uniquely designed to tighten the skin in less time and with increased results.  While smoking won't directly affect your results but if you are trying to produce more collagen and do an anti-aging procedure then you should try to quit smoking which is detrimental to your skin and overall health.  Best, Dr. Green
