I would not recommend smoking, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and can cause a decrease in blood flow/oxygenation to the tissues. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Smoking has a negative result on all cosmetic procedures in the sense that smoking aging the skin and causes more wrinkles, especially if combined with tanning.
