Yes it is perfectly safe to get RFMN one year after a face lift. Even three months after is fine. The skin, underlying connective tissue and muscles are fully healed at that time. Also the maximum depth of the RFMN needles is 2 mm, from .5 mm to 2.0 mm.

A series of treatments is recommended to maximize the results. Topical prescriptions should be avoided about 3 days prior to procedures. Yes it’s safe to get microneedling RF a year after facelift. The blood supply to the facial skin and tissues has returned and it’s safe to have fractional treatment at this point. I ask my patients to stop Retin-A 3d prior to treatment.
