Is there a permanent solution for downturned mouth?

I look sad or angry when I'm not, is there a solution for downward frown? A surgery maybe? Something permanent, would jaw reduction be a good solution.

An examination or photos of you would be helpful to give you advice as to possible treatment for your lip after you injured it in an accident. If there is some deformity from hanging skin, it is possible that a minor surgical procedure could correct this.
