Can I get Kor whitening on bottom teeth when I already have veneers on top?

In order to get the best result in this situation it does require quite a lot of commitment and treatment both at home and in office. Without seeing your teeth is hard to evaluate fully, but it is definitely worth looking into. As for your veneers, there are many options to get them whiter! Don't despair!

Not sure what your upper teeth look like with your veneers. I would assume they are whiter than your lower teeth. I have not had experience with the Kor product but traditional whitening does not achieve a "white" tooth with tetracycline stains. At best, you might get some whitening with your lowers but most likely still have a line on your teeth. I have had better results when I actually crown the teeth with porcelain crowns that can block out the discolored teeth. With veneers I have gotten lighter results but not "white".
Unfortunately, there is no way to whiten veneers. In your future, you may want to consider the crown route for both the upper and lower teeth. For now, it might be worth it to try the Kor whitening for your lower. If you are really young go conservative before crowning them. You might consider crowning in your 40s when your veneers need replacing. Usual life expectancy on veneers is 10-15 years. Good luck. :)

I suggest getting an appointment with a cosmetic dentist. With the current technology even very dark teeth can be masked. It's difficult to determine if Kor will work in your situation without more information, including a picture.
