1) It is still too early to determine your final result. Your implants will most likely drop some and look great.2) There really is no way for a surgeon to produce a difference between a small C, medium C, full C, or small D. As long as your breasts look good, cup size is arbitrary.Be patient.Hope this helps.

Right now, you are very early on in the
post op recovery period. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. Rest, relax, recover and heal. Please Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you at this time.  Then reassess final result at 6 months.



The best way to assess and give true
advice would be an in-person exam.

You should see the results of your breast implant surgery at 3 months, not 3 weeks.Your implants are still settling at this point, and you still have swelling.

Generally speaking, breast implants will "drop" into the pocket that was created during surgery and massaging the implants downward may assist in the dropping of the implants after surgery (for those patients who want to help with the settling of the implants). The rate of breast implant "settling" may depend on factors such as size of breast implant pocket dissected, tightness of the overlying skin/muscle layers, size of breast implant utilized, and concerns such as pre-existing breast asymmetry.  Normally, it takes about 3-6 months (for some patients longer) to see the final result. It is very common for one side to settle faster than the other. 
Again, best to follow your plastic surgeon for more specifics. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with long-term.

The size of your breasts look very good on your frame.  At 2-3 weeks post surgery the size or volume of the breast should not be changing.  Your body is still healing from the surgery and some time around 8-12 weeks after your surgery, the breasts tend to relax and the implants settle down into position.  Over the next coming months, that process will continue on a slower basis.  By six month, the near final shape and position should be present.  Give it time and express you concerns to your surgeon.

Thanks for the photos.  You look quite swollen to me.  My guess is that these implants are under your muscle and it's not unusual for the implants to look too high and too large.   It takes many weeks for the muscle and breast tissue to stretch out and for the breasts to soften and settle.  Follow up with your surgeon and be patient.  I ask my patients to wait at least three months before passing judgment on their result.  It after a few months, you are still unhappy, switching to smaller implants is likely a reasonable idea and is usually pretty straight forward surgery.And forget about the bra size issues.  Bras are not standardized and it doesn't matter what bra size you are.  It only matters if you are happy with the way your implants look and feel. 

You look very normal and appropriate for 2-3 weeks after breast augemnattion. It can take 3-4 months for implants to drop. I prtedict you will have an excellent result

Perhaps you misunderstood your surgeon as to timing of healing as the look will not be seen for 3 MONTHS not 3 weeks. During that time they will settle and relax and look much more natural. Please lose the cup size thoughts because these cannot be guaranteed by any surgeon.
