Uneven cheekbones causes eye Ptosis? (photos)

Hi I have ptosis of the right eye I also have a pretty big difference asymmetrical left and right side, left side is larger. then lower right eyelid look slightly sunken. Having previously been told that the eyes are trying to be as similar as possible. Could it be that when the lower right eyelid is lower a left, the right eye regulate themselves further down to very even out the difference? can a cheek bone implant that increases the height of the lower right eyelid cause ptosis decreased?

Hi. Your ptosis is apparent in your photo but it is difficult to appreciate your depressed cheek bones. It is also not possible to tell if your eye is sunken in (enophthalmos). There are several conditions that can cause ptosis and a sunken mid face or eye. Lab testing or imaging studies may be necessary to evaluate your condition. You would benefit from an in person consultation with a board certified oculoplastic surgeon. The ptosis is a separate issue from the sunken eyes.
