Chin implant (Conform Extended Anatomical Chin Implantech in Large size): I’m not satisfied with the result. (Photos)

I liked my look from front and three-quarter spot but I didn’t like from beside point and now I dont like all of side.this implant is big for my face and it change my face from front and three quarter side.I wonder about removing the implant or changing it with another chin, smaller than this.Should I remove it completely and return back to the way I look before?I think I should change the model of implant that change the Central chin with no lateral component. it cant change my face from front.
