I got my small size 5,5mm extended ana. silicone chin implant removed via external incision 7months ago.Implant stayed in only 2days removed due to not liking at all. Since then one side of my chin feels like it has some kind of water baloon inside it feels semi liquid semi jelly tissue. The other side of my chin feels squashy too but way more solid no water balloon feeling. It makes my chin look uneven. How can i know its seroma? Doctors not sure. Can i get it asperated after all this time?

Hi. Thank you for your question. It is difficult to tell with these photos. I suggest you contact your surgeon and schedule an appointment to have a follow up. Best of luck.

Hi. Thank you for your question. A chin implant will bring balance to your face. An implant can definitely give the nose a better appearance. Schedule an appointment with a Board Certified surgeon with experience in facial implants. Best of luck.
It certainly appears from your photos that is sitting very inferiorly. The implant can be reposition but not as easy as the first procedure. Because the implant pocket has been stretched out inferiorly you will probably need a couple of screws place to keep the implant in position.
