I've got rhinoplasty surgery to remove nose hump and to reduce size of the nose it's 7th day after I got the surgery and my nose is 3x time bigger than before it's like a piggy nose but much bigger is that swelling or a bad surgery result!?

The rate of extrusion is very low. When permanent sutures are place near an incision, extrusion happens. With rhinoplasties, the permanent sutures are covered by the nasal skin. I have only seen a couple in my 27 year career and these were from poorly done surgeries. Best wishes.
