Looking for a doctor who does Vaser High Def Lipo in the USA?

High definition liposuction requires an artistic focus on defining and shaping the body. There are two ways of creating a beautiful result. The one that I consider optimal is the use of a high definition power assisted liposuction equipment to remove all extra fat from the whole back and flanks and a more localized ultrasound assisted liposuction or Vaser lipo if creating a 6 pack look is what the patient desires. This second technique leaves localized pockets of fat resembling the abdominal muscles. Other patients opt for a more thorough liposculpture without the residual pockets of fat and the resultant 6 pack is the real abdominal muscles showing through a thinned abdomen.
I am not sure if long term these residual pockets of fat with the first option mentioned will look as good as initially. Most of my patients decide to go for the high definition lipo without residual fat pockets and they get great long term results.

We use many of Dr Hoyos' techniques in our Vaser liposuction cases. 4-D has a very specific qualification and not all patients are ideal candidates.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs  Vaser procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Dr. Hoyos was my teacher and there are very few doctors in the US who perform this type of procedure. It is best that you do your research especially for what you are looking for.  Some of the doctors who were taught by him advertise they do this procedure but do it only partially and do not follow the proper guidelines for aftercare. Vaser lipo is a great procedure to consider. In comparison to the traditional lipo, vaser lipo removes both superficial and deep fat. Abdominal etching is also possible with this technique. It is worth a consultation to see if you are a good candidate.
