I had Vaser lipo on arms 1 month ago and have severe muscle hardness on triceps still. Are my muscles damaged?

#swelling continues to diminish and contours become more defined. These

bruising will resolve in the first two weeks (although some may persist for 6–8
weeks), but improvement will continue for 4–6 months as swelling and
irregularities resolve. 
If you had the surgery 12 months ago, then it is best to go see your plastic surgeon regarding this
concern and about other aftercare treatment such as lymphatic
massage. Another option is to go to other board-certified plastic
surgeons who have extensive experience on revisions after Vaser liposuction.

Your question is very confusing, on one part of it you state the lipo was 1 month ago and on the other part you state it was 12 months. ago. At one month what you experience is normal. At 12 months it is a problem. Which is it ?

1 month is too soon, wait until 3 months. You are in the hyperinflammatory state. If its 12 months ago, you need to see a Vaser specialist.
