What treatment can I use in order to remove the fatty underarm bulge? (Photo)

I have two underarm bulges and I am not overweight. Even when I was 5 kilos lighter it does appear slightly smaller but won't go away. I have tried exercise. I didn't have this as a teenager but then when I was 16 I lost a lot of weight and when I regained it this bulge has been following me since I was 17. I am 25 no. I was looking into aqualyx or lipo dissolve as I would prefer liposuction as a last reserve only. Mainly due to its cost. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you

Lipodissolve which has been referred to as Mesotherapy for many years requires up to five injection sessions one month apart. Ideal candidates are those patients who are not seeking for large amount of fat dissolution.  Swelling and soreness are not much different from liposuction....

I would consider Ultherapy and or RF treatments to see if it can "Melt" some of the fat, if not then ThermiRF by an experienced physician.I would NOT recommend Lipodissolve. The lipodissolve procedure is not approved by the US FDA.The FDA is alerting consumers that:It has not evaluated or...

Yes, my opinion is that I would avoid lipodissolve altogether especially with MS. The nerve sheaths are made of a lot of fat component in MS  and one of the reasons for many symptoms. Lipodissolve attacks fat so not a good idea theoretically to use.I would NOT recommend Lipodissolve for...
