I am considering Lipo Dissolve, however I have MS (Multiple sclerosis). Is it still ok to have Lipo Dissolve done?

Yes, my opinion is that I would avoid lipodissolve altogether especially with MS. The nerve sheaths are made of a lot of fat component in MS  and one of the reasons for many symptoms.
