I suggest going to a body contouring specialist.  you likely need a noninvasive treatment for a large area such as ultrashape/velashape or liposonix.  If you are a surgical candidate, properly performed liposuction will give you quicker and long term results with improved contour that you cant get with injection treatments.  Get a formal consultation with someone reputable and an expert in leg contouring. Lipodissolve which has been referred to as Mesotherapy for many years requires up to five injection sessions one month apart. Ideal candidates are those patients who are not seeking for large amount of fat dissolution.  Swelling and soreness are not much different from liposuction.  Activities may be resumed as soon as the soreness permits.
