Will my nipple heal after nipple piercing nightmare or do I need a Breast Reconstruction?

I had nipple piercng about 2 years ago but I decided to take it out moth ago.One one side piecing was in areola not nipppe.I had scab probably healng but I scratch it unortunatly. Now its hole and white leakge come out.I am not pregnant and not breestfeeding.I wanted to ask if its dangerous to have small hole/holes in niple and areola from nippple piercing?If it wil stay should I wory about cancer or other problems? Is it possible that this hole will close still?it it possible to repair?
