Your left eye is definitely smaller than your right. This could be from the Botox. Unfortunately, it isn't something that can be reversed like filler. However, it will fade over the next couple of months. I am sorry that you are experiencing this. You may want to try a different injector next time. Best of luck.

It looks like you have slight eyelid ptosis of the left eye - a rare side effect of botox.  This can occur when botox treatment for frown lines migrates to the upper lid region.  This typically will self-resolve as the botox wears off.  However, if you don't want to wait you can discuss with your provider using products like lopidine eyedrops which helps activate the Mueller muscles to help raise the upper eyelid.   

I agree that your left eye definitely looks smaller than your right eye. This is most likely a result from the Botox treatment in your forehead. Doing more filler will not correct this asymmetry. It is best to allow the results from Botox to fade away (3-4 months). Alternatively, Botox can be injected to raise the L eyebrow to open up the eye a bit. There are also some prescription eye drops that can be helpful.You should always see an expert in facial aesthetics to maximize results while minimizing side effects.

It is difficult to tell exactly what is going on from your photo.  The most likely cause of the uneven look is from the botox. I would tend to agree with your doctor-let the botox wear off and see if the problem persists.  The botox should be worn off in 3-4 months. There are eye drops that can be prescribed to minimize the effect of the botox. You can discuss this with your doctor.

It appears from the photos that it is the Botox that has caused some ptosis of the eyelids.  Don;'t get more filler and you can use Iopidine eye drops to help elevated the lid so get a prescription for that.  even though you have had  Botox on many occasions this can occur

Thank you for your question.  It's difficult to make exact recommendations without assessing you in-person, however, based on your photos you appear to have mild eyelid ptosis of the left eye.  Ptosis is a rare complication of Botox that occurs when Botox injected between the eyebrows drifts and affects the muscles that lift the upper eyelid, temporarily causing a lowered, droopy eyelid.  Ptosis should gradually wear off with the effects of your Botox.  In some cases, Iopidine eye drops can be used to lift the eyelid by a few millimeters - it may be worthwhile to discuss this option with your doctor.  I hope you feel better soon!

What exactly do you mean by uneven.  Is one higher than the other, or one smaller than the other.  Depending on your answer, the management will be different.
