The front part of my eyebrows sink in, making me look angry all the time. When I raise my brows, I immediately look younger and happier. Is there anyway I can fix this problem, preferably without an invasive procedure? Thanks!
Answer: Brow Lift Thank you for your question. Yes, a brow lift can address this issue. We find many patients who turn to brow lift to look the way they feel. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy. A brow lift will reduce the creases that have developed on your forehead for a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance. Best wishes,

Answer: Treatment of sagging brows with angry look? Treatment of sagging brows with angry look? Botox will give you a slight improvement. Otherwise the best treatment is a hairline incision with the irregular Tricho phytic approach which we developed 35 years ago. This will elevate your brows as much as you desire without elevating your hairline which an endoscopic incision will do. Select a very experienced surgeon and look at his scars before proceeding.

Answer: When happier with an elevated brow look and not wanting any surgical procedure, your only real option is seeing someone who has the ability to inject neurotoxins in precise areas in hopes of achieving your desired result. If you have a deep upper lid sulcus, grafting can also produce a more rested look. Avoid going to providers (ie: non-surgeons) who only have the ability to inject as I guarantee that you will be sold on it and their knowledge of the anatomy is not as good as a surgeons. Non-surgeons have one tool and they will find a way to use it so they can charge for a procedure.

Answer: Non-invasive brow lift Chemical brow-lifts, or liquid lifts can help raise the brows, making people look younger and happier. They require little recovery time and have fewer risks than surgical procedures. This procedure is often requested by those who want a brighter look to their eyes and a higher brow, but don’t want invasive surgery. They may not have a lot of skin to remove surgically, and they’re not sure they want the permanence of a surgical procedure. Chemical brow-lifts are for younger, active patients who really don’t want a convalescent period where they’re swollen and bruised. Chemical brow-lifts are accomplished with the use of either botulinum toxin A (Botox) or abobotulinum toxin A (Dysport). Both products relax the corrugator, procerus and orbicularis oculi muscles that pull the eyebrow down. The muscles that pull the brow up, such as the frontalis, can then function unopposed. The desired effects last from three to six months. Some can also combine chemical brow-lifts with laser peels to tighten forehead & elevate the eyebrow
