Are Permalip implants the only lip implant available in the United States?

Is permalip the only type of lip IMPLANT I can get in the United States? I’ve been told that permalip went out of business and I really want a lip implant instead of constant fillers or lip lift or fat grafting. Are there any type of alternative lip implant brands I can get that aren’t hard to find a doctor to do?
