I have had filler, and LOVE the results, but they never last very long (Botox in other areas of my face never lasts more than 6 weeks either). I’m convinced this is due to Vyvanse metabolizing the filler at a rapid rate. Am I a good candidate for permanent lip implants? Wht is the cost for both the upper and lower lip? Is there large concern for migration? I’ve included a picture with no filler, at my natural state, and a picture with filler 2-weeks post- injection (which I love!).

You may benefit from having a lip lift following the removal of the permalip. The distance from the base of the nose to the lip vermilion is important and usually determines who is a candidate for the procedure. Fat grafting may be another option.
I know what you've had and remove these regularly. It may be a goretex tube (softform) or advant, or goretex strips. In any case, I've successfully taken them out many times, right in the office.
Lip implants do very well for most patients and are a permanent way to fix thin lips. They are easy to put in and easy to remove but very few docs know about them or even have them. Of the 3 major types, really only 1 type is readily available now. They run about $3500 per implant.
