Why can’t I find many people who’ve made videos with information about their experience with permalip lip implants?

Permalip is a rubberized silicone implant that can be used for upper and lower lip augmentation. Personally, when I examine patients who have had this done, I feel that it leads to a firm and unnatural lip texture. Additionally, if they are not placed perfectly symmetrically, they can be obvious. I liked the permalip implant and used to place them. However, the company went out of business so there is no way to get the implants any longer. In order to provide different permanent options we do lip augmentation with fascia or tissue from elsewhere in the body. This can be done right in the office and is soft and natural.
