I recommend an eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. It’s very common for lips to have some natural asymmetry, and filler can be a useful tool to help improve balance between the two sides. Injecting filler directly into the vermillion border on the side that appears lower or less defined can help create more lift and curvature, bringing it closer in symmetry to the opposite side.

That said, it often takes a careful, conservative approach, sometimes with more than one session, to refine and balance the lips, especially if one side has a natural structural difference. Placement is just as important as volume, so precise technique along the border can make a noticeable improvement.

Keep in mind that while filler can greatly improve symmetry, lips are rarely ever perfectly identical due to natural anatomy. The goal is to enhance balance while maintaining a natural look.

Your lips are already well shaped and have good symmetry. Perfect symmetry does not exist in absolutely anyone on this planet. I personally don’t believe you should do anything, just repeat your normal filler when the right time comes.
