Thank-you for your query. The best option for filling the hollows created by dissolving the old fillers will be to use autologous fat. Your picture appears to show descent of malar fat pads. Perhaps your dissolving of the filler unmasked the natural aging of your face. So your choices are to refill the upper cheeks to mask/camouflage the descent, or to consider a facelift or mini lift. The fillers are a nice temporizing solution, but can easily become an overfilled, chipmunk sort of look. The facelift is of course very invasive. Speak to board certified plastic surgeon about which procedure or combinations of procedures will work best for the look you are seeking.

With a history of adding fillers, removing fillers then adding more fillers no one can really make a good assessment. I suggest you go a year without fillers then get a baseline assessment.
