Can you give me a solution for returning hair loss after PRP and mostal solution?

My hair loss start at january 2016 and it still falling, I saw a doctor he give me some medication, and I did PRP, until may 2018 (5 times prp, maybe it stopped falling a little bit) but now it back, he said there is no solution, he give me a mostal solution, and vichy energisant shampoo, and curacné 'pills', I have quite a balding area on the front and the crown area, I hope u give me a solution please I'm really tired, I'm not okay at all, I feel like not human and thank you.

This can happen, and it's annoying more than anything.  I encourage my PRP patients to use oral arnica starting the day before and then continue for a few days.  Also icing the forehead after injection helps too.  Hope this helps! Dr. Rome
