Which tool which be the most effective with fastest/fewest sessions to remove my tattoo?

Thank you for your question in regards to laser tattoo removal. Q-switched lasers work great for removing tattoos, especially breaking down black inks. Keep in mind several treatments will be required to achieve complete removal and time between each session is important, giving your body time to heal and break down ink particles. Although, from your photo it appears that only a few areas appear to be a lot darker than the rest of the tattoo, which will take longer/more treatments to break that ink down in those specific areas. Lighter and shaded areas of tattoos break down fairly quickly. To be sure what is best for you, see two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.

there is no FAST way to remove tattoos. the best In the business is the tattostar by acelpion - q switched ruby/yag with PFD patch. pico takes more treatments. quanta is the WORST.  you will need 3-6 treatments at MINIMUM and pre treat with cos2 and vivatia foam.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The picoway laser by syneron candela is a great option for tattoo removal.  It can safely and effectively remove tattoos of any color on any skin type.  A series of treatments will be necessary.  Good Luck!
