Which tool which be the most effective with fastest/fewest sessions to remove my tattoo?

I’ve looked into Pocosure, Astanza laser (with the Describe patch) and Quanta Q-Plus C. Tattoo is small, 3.5 inches (business card size) on upper right shoulder, done by an amateur several years ago, I’m interested in removing it in the fewest sessions. Thank you
