Thank you for your question.  You have very large implants  and at 9 days the appearance in the photograph provided looks normal.  Understand that it takes 3-4 months for the implants to drop into position.  Of course always follow up with your plastic surgeon.

By your photos, it seems that you may not need a breast lift at the time of the breast augmentation, or perhaps a mini-lift.  An option may also be to do the lift at a later date if it is felt that you need one at that time.

Thank you for your question.   It is important to wear a bra after your implants dropped into their final position to prevent further sagging.  It is especially important to wear a sports bra or a very supportive bra when jogging or exercising.

Naturally, if the surgeon chooses to omit an operation a refund would be forthcoming. Is your surgeon actually refusing to do this?
