Can I fix bbl laser skin damage? (Photo)

I am sorry that you did not acheive the results you desired after IPL treatment.  IPL is not known to increase pore size and is unlikely to have induced the development of fine lines.  However, I would recommend careful evaluation by at least 2 highly experienced physicians with expertise in the use of lasers and related devices before deciding what your next step should be. 

BBL light treatments are designed to improve the skin's appearance; however,  at times, the skin's appearance can get worse after treatment.  Typically, immediately after treatment(usually within a few hours), there can be an appearance of increased darks spots or increased redness.  This is a normal reaction response from BBL treatment and resolves over several hours to days as the erythema(redness) calms down to reveal kess visible blood vessels or the brown spots flake off to reveal more uniform color.  Pore appearance takes weeks to months to show improvement as it is due to new dermal collagen growth and requires time along with repetition.  Your appearance appears to have worsened over weeks.  This is highly unusual. I would like to know if there was any swelling, blistering or scabbing immediately after treatment.  If not, I would recommend an evaluation of your skin again by your physician to assure there is not some underlying factor for the sudden worsening appearance.
