What is causing my chest spider veins to increase after treatment?

one year ago small spider vein showed in my chest, the doctor prescribed the Daflon 500 for 3 months, then he prescribed the Diosmen 500 for 6 months but also didn't work! on the contrary, problem increased. please note that it's not genatic what might be the reason causing these chest spider veins? how to stop more veins from collapsing? could this be a blood problem or something else? if i had the decision to use laser treatment, what is the best technique used? thanks alot for your help
