Can BBL be combined with vaginoplasty and labiaplasty? Which surgery would be done first?

Vaginoplasty and labioplasty can be done at the same time. The labioplasty surgery degree of complexity would depend on the method used and the degree of enlarged labia minora. There are several surgical techniques depending on the shape, the degree of labia enlargement and where, upper middle or lower.
