Answer: Vaginoplasty, Labiaplasty and BBL at same time. In my practice mostly these procedures are all done during the same operation. That way there is only one recovery period and only one anesthesia charge. #vaginoplasty#vaginalrejuvenation#labiaplasty

Answer: Vaginoplasty, labioplasty Vaginoplasty and labioplasty can be done at the same time. The labioplasty surgery degree of complexity would depend on the method used and the degree of enlarged labia minora. There are several surgical techniques depending on the shape, the degree of labia enlargement and where, upper middle or lower. Several techniques would preserve the natural look, some destroy the anterior natural look of the anterior edge of the labia.Vaginoplasty, is more technically demanding and require repair of the careful dissection of the posterior vaginal mucosa and repair of the muscles. Also excision of the excess skin of the perineum and repairing the transverse perineal muscle. These two surgeries can take up to 3-4 hours.BBl would also take 2-4 hours depending on the amount of liposuction needed.
