Can BBL be combined with vaginoplasty and labiaplasty? Which surgery would be done first?

Vaginoplasty and labioplasty can be done at the same time. The labioplasty surgery degree of complexity would depend on the method used and the degree of enlarged labia minora. There are several surgical techniques depending on the shape, the degree of labia enlargement and where, upper middle or lower. Several techniques would preserve the natural look, some destroy the anterior natural look of the anterior edge of the labia.Vaginoplasty, is more technically demanding and require repair of the careful dissection of the posterior vaginal mucosa and repair of the muscles. Also excision of the excess skin of the perineum and repairing the transverse perineal muscle. These two surgeries can take up to 3-4 hours.BBl would also take 2-4 hours depending on the amount of liposuction needed.

To answer your question on which procedures need to be done requires an in-person consultation. Multiple procedures can be done safely, but it depends on your health status (past medical history), your anatomy, and the amount of surgery/type of procedures to be done. On longer cases, an overnight stay may be recommended. This is a great question!It is a very common question in the office. The three surgeries would be combined. After anesthesia induction, you would remain lying on your back. Abdominal and flank liposuction would be performed. Your legs would then be placed into lithotomy postition, Labioplasty and vaginoplasty would be perfomed. After the incisions are closed, we would then reposition your body into the face down position and then perform liposuction of your back and injection of fat grafts into your buttocks. Then you would be placed back into your back and awakened from anesthesia.I hope this helps with your question.
