I am about to turn 32 and for around 6 years have had thinning hairline corners. It used to really bother and has again started to affect my confidence. I would consider a small transplant but would like to do so in a conservative way so that if my hair loss does progress again and I don't have the money to play catch up then it doesn't look bad. It's been quite stable but my family history is poor with my dad a NW6 and my maternal grandfather a NW4. Is this sort of transplant possible?
