My age 18 years old but my face and full body all of hair. Can I do LASER TREATMENT on this age?

the bottom line for treatment is the symptom. If you have hairs, then LASER is
your treatment until you get the result that you are ambitioning.
Truly age is not an issue. Some babies get LASER treatments
for other medical conditions. Being 18 does not preclude you from having the
treatment.
